    Hello all,

I started taking a class in HTML about 3 weeks ago I wanted some input from you all. Any ideas on better coding, color schemes, or just critisism would be more than welcome. The link is below.

www.webreference.com has some good articles on design.

My preferences are few fonts, few colors, no background images, white or very pale background, consistent 'look' across pages (ie. a color scheme), limited use of graphics (esp animated ones).

Of course achieving it is another matter !

The best thing I have found is to take a site that you like, decide what it is that you like about it and then do a design around those features (don't just copy it).

    Good luck with the course

    Hi Terry,

I will give you an A+ for documentation on your source "code!" Keep up the good work! HTML is fun to play and work with and documenting one's work is essential to maintenance. (You kinda overdid the <!-- and --> tags, though, but what the heck, anyone can understand what you are doing on your page. Good job!
