Tonight on the new and updated Twilight Zone on UPN they had an episode that reminded me of what it was like to be in a cult. Did anyone see it? It was about a teenage girl whose parents moved her and her sister into a gated community separated from the outside world. Everyone was forced to dress the same. All tattoo's, piercings, etc. were removed. There also was no escape except for permanent expulsion (I don't want to give away the ending in case you haven't seen it and want to catch the repeat).

If you did see it, didn't it make you think of the JWs? It sure made me think about them. The parallels were uncanny and kind of spooky.

I didn't see that updated episode but it sounds a lot like a remade episode from the old BW Rod Serling Twightlight Zone.

I saw it, and I thought exactly the same thing.

The "bad" kids become fertilizer, thus showing that "there's something good in each of us."
