Based on the Org's doctrine regarding John 5:28, 29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment", namely -
that "those resurrected to life on earth will be judged "according to their deeds" during Judgment Day", then be prepared to lock up your house, possessions, & daughters during Christ's 1000 years reign, because the "faithful slave" says that evil people will be judged for doing evil things after they are resurrected and living in the new world!
That doesn't sound like a paradise to me! How about you?

The Searcher: "then be prepared to lock up your house, possessions, & daughters during Christ's 1000 years reign, because the "faithful slave" says that evil people will be judged for doing evil things after they are resurrected and living in the new world!

That's a great reasoning point Searcher. The WT doctrine also doesn't go along with Matthew 25:34 "Then the King will say to those on His right, 'Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; 36 naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.'"
If Jesus is judging people on what they did for the littlest one of his brothers during their lives now, how is it they'll be judged again during the thousand year reign? It makes no sense.
But I think the WT tries to get away with saying that judgement day is for those alive and that the judgement during the thousand years is for the ones resurrected. < http://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/g201001/what-is-judgment-day/ >
I think their doctrine clashes with scriptures such as 2 Corinthians 5:10 "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad."
This Scripture in 2 Corinthians seems to teach that what we all do in this life, while in the body, is the basis for being judged.

How many of the WOSFTSJW will admit these truths to themselves, though?

Isaiah 65's "new earth" applied by wt to the millenium states in verse 20 that people, if they die as sinners, even centenarians, will do so without having aged. wt teaches that the "second death" is an eternal condition, an ever-present possibility, and future, post-Armageddon/post-millenium dangerous offenders will be dispatched without the lengthy process now in place.

after all, the snake is supposed to have talked 6000 years ago, and it will be another 1000, plus an overlapping generation before the judgement is final. Now:

" if we could talk to the animals--"

(Isaiah 11:9) "They will not cause any harm Or any ruin in all my holy mountain, Because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah As the waters cover the sea."

Must be a "Minions-type" evil that's going to take place, if it's not going to cause any harm or ruin.

That's OK then - I can live with that!!

because the "faithful slave" says that evil people will be judged for doing evil things after they are resurrected and living in the new world!

Lol TS. That's a good one. That just proves how easy it is to get the Bible to say anything you want. No wonder it's the best business a person can get into- plus the business is tax exempt.

Just goes to show thier reasoning on Romans 6:7 is flawed because that scripture says thier being judged for what they did and the JW's say one they die thier sins are washed clean

the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah As the waters cover the sea."

there is tremendous pressure when you are really covered by the sea water, like in the Mariana Trench, figuratively bible truth would penetrate every cell of yours, squeeze every bit of self-thought out of you. In that state how could you still "sin"? You'd be sinless forever.
