Japan has lost 233 congregations in 3 years. In 1998 they had 3,771 congregations and this year report 3,538.

Does that mean Jahveh has withdrawn his blessing from those congregation or is that just growth but in the negative direction.I bet we don't read about THAT in nex months Watchtower.

I gather that they had organised leaflet campaigns and publicity to educate people about the WTS and obviously it has worked. A similar thing has happened in France too.
