YouTube videos of JC recordings?

I've just watched the JC of the poster "jw struggles" I don't know his name sorry. But he rocks! I loved his prayer for them at the end!
Are there anymore recordings by others? I find it really enlightening to see the elders with their "nice face" off and see how they really behave behind the scenes.
