Burning Questions on Christendom and Who Has Hope

I have asked a self-proclaimed JW to answer some burning questions I have about the WTS. They remain unanswered. Are there any JW lurkers out there that can help me out? The links are to the original threads, squares are my questions, circles are the "answers". Six topics, sixteen unanswered questions.

q Is the promise at 1 John 3:3 a restricted hope?

q Is this hope for Jehovahs Witnesses only?

o Without an accurate knowledge there is less chance of a better life.

q Is it for all Jehovahs Witnesses, or only for the anointed JWs?

o Not sure what you meant by being anointed but only the ones that feel they are of the anointed know they are choosen. Goes back to Jehovah knowing that they are or not.

q The first bible study group of the WTS was formed in 1880. It is claimed in your literature that there is an unbroken line of Faithful and Discreet Slaves guiding true Christians from the early church to now. If there was no WTS before 1880, who made up the faithful and discreet slaves?

q How many anointed JWs are still alive?

q I am curious about the WTS view of people like Susanna Wesley. Was she part of the pre-WTS anointed, or part of hopelessly corrupt Christendom?

o Only Jehovah can read someones heart. There are no superwomen here on earth.

q So I am dying to know. According to WTS Accurate Knowlege, is Susanna Wesley a true Christian or false?

q I wonder if he did a search for "dialogue" on his WT CD if he would get any hits?

o I check in every now and then so that would be another five minutes or so. Sorry, dialogue is not in there.

q Way to go Bleep. Since the WTS is silent on the topic of dialogue, could you give me your perspective on the Bereans?

o (Cut and paste from WT materials)

q As a faithful Witness, what is your opinion on Johann Gutenburg's standing with Jehovah?

o A good artist and I am sure he did good work. He used the Bible in a good way. There are a lot of art workings in the Watchtower.

q Does the WTS have a similar policy (as a Christendom church that I described) to protect children from pedophiles? In these terrible times, perhaps more should be done?

q Please provide a definition of Ethics, from an authoritative source. WT materials do not count. There are dictionaries on-line if looking it up in a book is too much trouble.

o Don't hurt yourself. This IS a Bible research Forum.

q Bleep, you started this topic. Please defend your position.

q Bleep, exercising your conscience, based on current light of the WTS, is the following link an appropriate website, or not? http://www.interviewwithgod.com/playprayer.htm

o It is a good idea and well made flash movie. A Modern version would work well. It is not the Lords Prayer that comes to mind. It does have great music and well done with pictures. But it seems to be made to put someone at a calm mood, which is the way of God. Life was made to be so easy and it is a refreshing movie. It brings to mind how much Jehovah loves mankind; To have his son come down to die for us.

q Bleep, as this organization is also distributing the bible for free, is the organization and/or the bible also approved by Jehovah?

o Asking me about Jehovah God approved the inspired book of God? Hmmm. I have allready said I think Jehovah did inspire the Book called the Holy Bible. Otherwise it would not be called Holy. Could you think of a better question to ask a Jehovah's Witness?

q Bleep, you misread my original question. I provided a link to ANOTHER organization (hint: the text is blue) that is distributing the bible for free. Is THAT organization approved by Jehovah?

o Those poor Gideons wrote, "The demand for Scriptures in these areas far exceeds our supplies that we are able to purchase through our donations."

OK, I am ready to admit there may not be any happy JW Apologists at this site. For everyone else, could you help me with this one?

q How many anointed JWs are still alive?
