  jdub domestic violence
  
  anyone from TX know or remember
  about 15-20 yrs ago
  a canadian jdub woman (Kim)
  and her two kids (Yuri & Lindsay)
  moved to TX and married a jdub guy (named Jeff i think).
  
  Within a few weeks, or was it months, the guy
  shot and killed the woman and both kids.
  He went to prison, i'm not sure for how long.
  
  I'm askin' cuz the little kidz were my friends.
  Just wondering if anyone knew or remembered 'em?
  They were from Canada...weren't in Texas very long.
  
  Also...anyone know how many years this guy got
  and/or if he's out?

  Jeffrey Lynn Caldwell - he killed his wife, mom and sister named Kimberly in July, 1988. Does this sound familiar?

  Jeffrey Caldwell was executed by the state of Texas on 8/30/2000.

  wow, that caldwell case rings a bell for some reason, but not the one i'm talkin' 'bout.
  
  my mistake. Can't remember his last name, but i found someone with some newspaper clippings to send me, so i may be able to get that soon. I did find out though, that they (Kim and Jeff sp?) married in texas (in a town called Pearsland?) and then moved up to Vancouver BC, Canada.
  
  It was somewhere around 1985 i think.
  
  Their marriage lasted 8 weeks, then they were separated.
  She leaving he.
  
  An unknown time later (months?), in Burnaby, BC, he broke into her apartment and
  blew their heads off.
  
  At his trial he pleaded INNOCENT.
  
  He was found guilty.
  
  I found out he got 25 years for EACH life. (so thatz times three)
  With no chance for parole. And no time off for good behavior.
  
  Anyway, apparently he's in the same prison as that serial killer Olsen.
  In an isolated protected environment.

  Something 'bout TresHappy's post makes me wish the crime & trial HAD happened in Texas.

  i just found out that kim's first exhubby wrote a book
  "wolves among sheep"
  about the murder of kim and their two kids (at the hands of her second husband jeff anderson).
  
  choked me up a bit to see the sweet faces of my childhood friends on this internet page about the book.

  i hope it doesn't just piss me off that the xdub xhubby wrote a book and profited from the deaths of his children.

  had been banned from visitation with his children for leaving their religion.

  this line annoys me. ya don't get banned from visiting your minor children for leaving the religion.
