i recently received the following email:

    a poem for you

    child

    woman

    both

    the wisdom of her years

the excitement and exuberance of youth

    sparkle in her eye

    laughter in her voice

    things to see

    things to do

    a world to conquer

    bright

    intelligent

    her future is bright

    a beautiful person

(copyright July 2002, posted with permission)

the person who sent this to me said,
"i hope you like it. it's brand new from somewhere inside of me."
    also
"it's the way you appear to me".

i'm like....wow....i inspired someone to write a poem. about me.
all the poems i've written, are usually inspired by someone or something else....
it surprised the hell outta me when someone else wrote one about me.
i've received love letters galore...but never a poem...

    how kewl is that!

i feel so special. *choke* (lol)

i know....me, me, me....just wanted to share the moment with my invisible friends. *chuckle*

    enchantress

    a spell?

does she know what she has

    done to me?

does she do this to all men?

    or just to me?

i don't know what to say or

    how to say.

    she's always in my thoughts.

    i want her friendship.

i am renewed in her company.

i feel joy when i see her.

out of the dull into the bright.

    she motivates me to life.

    what has she done?

    a spell?

(this wuz anutha one fer me...
it made me a little nervous...
    new friendship...wondering just where
is this goin'....but diffused with a joke..."are you calling me a witch?" LOL)

    THOSE EYES

    pretty

    blue

    sparkling

    alive

    laughing

    smiling

    sensuous

    wondering

    inquisitive

    doubting

    unsure

    unbelieving

    hopefully soon

    just

    smiling

    happy

    full of love

    for that lucky

    person who captures

    her heart.

(a third poem from my friend...
this is really unusual to see myself thru
    someone elses eyez. neat-o.)
