Video: How can we be sure the Bible is true?

Ok, just watched it.
They are using one scripture to assert that the entire Bible is Scientifically true. Wow!
How about the other scriptures that prove the Bible to be Scientifically false?
Genesis 1:
a) Creates light and dark prior to the creation of the Sun, Moon, and Stars.
b) Creates Earth prior to the Sun.
c) Documents plants growing on the Earth before the Sun's creation.
Genesis 2:18-19: Creates man before the animals. This is wrong as the fossil record clearly shows.

HA! at 1:43 they show a spheroid (what they claim), a flat circle (what the bible actually said), a flat square and cylinder (did anyone ever claim that?). Clearly they are aware of these facts and are trying to trick people into not investigating.
