This might explain the reckless way with words of annointed glorious ones, . righteous for life- can do no wrong , until the rapture [since 1919], and then for here to eternity.

quoted from the daily text comment Nov 11, 2014.

Yep, at 1John chapter 5 it says so but of cource the bible says anyone who believes Jesus is the messiah is a son of god and they all are anointed in to the body of christ. As you know the JW's change this to say only a 144K special ones are actually the anointed and of cource the leaders are always part of this group, their so humble.

I brought it up in the family discussion as a parallel to the HH refutation in their defense of " once saved, always saved, " The anointed F&DS can do no wrong, even false prophecy, which is a capital offence, declared righteous for life as a group I guess.

How does that fit with the replacement 'anointed' that have been filling the slots of the unfaithful ex anointed? You know, the "Generation that will not pass away, Part B"

WT cancelled the replacement idea of 2/1 1999 page 19 because they realized that it is bad press to have 10s of thousands of judasses in their past ranks. (if the TTATT would be widely known).

but that does not answer your good question JWdaughter. it just points out faulty proof reading, and/or one more contradiction in wt doctered doctrine.

It's unfortunate that Only Anointed Individuals are liable of committing the Unforgivable Sin!

Hebrews 6: 4 For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 and then have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt."

The reason that it is called "sin against the Holy Spirit, is that one first has to be receive Holy Spirit to sin against it.

2 Peter 2:21 " It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and then to turn their backs on the sacred command that was passed on to them."

objectivetruth. I had taken the quote to mean " -declared righteous for life-" as meaning irrevocably , their personal life time, in contrast to the scriptures you cited.

discussing only wt doctrine, as if it all matters in the discredited talking snake story.
