Hello, for a future article on jwalumni.org I have made a little survey entitled "How have Jehovah's Witnesses affected your family?" and it is directed at finding out how the disfellowshipping provision has affected your family – therefore please understand that the questions are only directed at former Jehovah's Witnesses or active Jehovah's Witnesses with former members. It takes 2-5 minutes and it would be very much appreciated if you could take part!

It is targeted at
- Former Jehovah's Witnesses who have disassociated themselves (in that case please choose "I am a disfellowshipped...")
- Disfellowshipped or inactive former Jehovah's Witnesses (please also choose "I am a disfellowshipped" > the answers to this option will summarized as "former JW")
- Active or inactive Jehovah's Witnesses with disfellowshipped family members
