Metropolitan witnessing is standing beside a cart only for the very elite and public witnessing is standing beside a cart for the average publisher. Correct me if I'm wrong

Metro Witnessing is for cities, carts are for a congs own territory.

My wife told me that the pioneers in our new cong travel several miles to the nearest city to do Metropolitan Witnessing, while the town we live in doesn't even have a cart!

Wonder why there is no appetite to stay in their own territory and stand for hours talking to nobody?
