The fund has been in operation for 2 or 3 months now, so I wondered if anyone has heard of any congregations that have tried or succeeded in making claims or getting funding for projects. Or, as we all suspect, is it like the KH Assistance arrangement where if you try to make a claim you are "encouraged" to raise the funds locally.
