Maybe some forum members can confirm if the accused, Eugene Nugent, is still a practicing JW?

If he is, it will be interesting to follow this story to see how much support the Branch/his local congregation provide him with.

Does the article actually say Nugent was ever a JW ? And what is going to happen about the original abuser, who without doubt was a JW at the time ?
