The WTS has such a plethora of lawyers on staff that they do not fear actions from R & F, and are unaccustomed to losing (hence, their disbelief at losing Candace Conti).
It would be difficult to imagine a class-action lawyer outside of the US initiating a suit (and hard to know if so in the US).
Has anyone heard of int'l class-action suits?
I have not. American class action suits are very difficult to bring now. I wonder if people agreed to arbitrate disputes and spelled out jurisdiction. Class action suits have been nice for me. I think that almost everything you want is protected by the First Amendment.
