A friend who had had an account entered her email and was told she wasn't registered under that address. She then registered for a new account with her current email and entered a user name and password. She never received a confirmation email though she tried three times. She then tried "Forgotten Password" twice, but her password was never sent to her even though she was told it had been. (She checked her spam folder.)
Does anyone have any suggestions to help her log in?
