North Korea only allows 28 state approved haircuts.

Couldn't help thinking that this is a logical outcome of the current direction.

    What do you think?

I liked #12 for women, but none of the men's "styles."

Does appropriate and modest mean you have to dress like an old lady? That poor young girl in the pink sweater, I am a grandmother and I don't dress that frumpy.

North Kores is liberal compared to the WT.

The upcoming CA's have a section on dress and grooming.
They are using the scripture about wearing 'foreign attire' (zeph 1:8) to say we should not have styles like the world does.

I think the metrosexual look gets a hammering again as well.

    Too many tight trousers.

Do they still have barbers at Bethel? Do they cut hair to any request? What if a Bethelite went to a barber outside Bethel and came back, are their cuts that would be sanctioned?

Here brothers weren't allowed to shave their heads, closely cropped if they were black though (not necessarily a universal jw rule), sisters could not cut their hair shorter than 1 inch even if it were due to cancer treatment (required to wear a scarf--did not stay on; or a hat, no explanation.).

Sideburns were measured....remember an MS removed because it was 1/4 inch too long...I wonder what scripture defines the length of a sideburn.
