Using only the WTS publlications what would be a curriculum or study plan you would use to get someone to research TTATT?

Are you going to make a study book then knock on JW doors in a suit and briefcase, "Hello, we are just calling on our fellow JW believers to teach them the truth about the truth...."

Since JWs have the "Truth" (i.e., answers), just ask JWs simple questions and let them talk themselves into TTATT. All you have to do is don't let JWs change subjects when they cannot answer your questions. Always go back to the questions that JWs don't want to answer.

Peace be with you and everyone, who you love,

If you have a family to save, then you must determine what will help them see TTATT. I have stopped the family worship routine. Why? In an emotional discussion I asked my wife why she would not just read and discuss the bible? She did not want to. It's WT books and mags, and movies or nothing because I think she is afraid to consider what the bible says. Since I absolutely will not reinforce false teachings, I had to stop. I hope that seeing my silent protest will help them think.

I am sure that every case is different, but doing a family study to share TTATT doesn't seem to work for me. I may be viewed as a bad guy, or weak in da troof, but what can I do?? It's a price that I am willing to pay.

I learned TTATT by going back to the basics and trying to prove scripturally the doctrines I've been taught all my life. I tried to do this with the Bible alone, but sometimes it required going to other translations and Interlinears. Sometimes, I had to go to the WT Library to see what they had to say about a verse if I didn't recognize something.

How do we get 1914? (This will require a study of Daniel 4 and reading it in the Daniel's Prophecy book and the Insight book. One must look for loaded language, such as "Logically", "It is not logical to conclude", "Evidently", etc.) Where this is in the WT publications, one must ask themselves if it really is logical or not, or whether the logic merits further consideration. Fair warning, this is the Biblical version of a complex connect-the-dots where the dot's aren't numbered.

How do we get the concept of "paradise earth"? Is the phrase even in the Bible?

    What is the "good news"?

What is the "kingdom"? (A word search that shows the various ways kingdom is used, e.g. kingdom of God, kingdom of the Son, good news of the kingdom, etc.)

What is "faith"? Or, what should we have faith in? (A word search in the Bible about this to see every verse that talks about faith.)

What is "works"? (A word search in the Bible about this to see every verse that talks about works.)

What is "truth"? (A simple word search in the Bible on every verse with the word truth... ends up so you can split things into what truth is and what is not truth.)

What does the Bible say about "salvation"? (A word search for salvation, saved, saving, eternal life, everlasting life, etc. which ends up with verses that you can categorize into things that bring about salvation, and things that do not.)

What are Jesus' commands? After all, if he said to teach people to observe all the things he commanded, what were those things?

Why do we preach the way we do? (Door-to-door, in pairs) Was that always followed? Are there examples in the Bible that show otherwise?

Is every Christian supposed to preach? (This involves a simple word search on preach, preached, preacher, preaching, evangelize, evangelizing, evangelizer, teach, teaching, teacher into a single document with every scripture involved right there in plain view)

What are we supposed to preach? (I asked this because of the crazy stuff about Pornography on the cover of the magazines that was a big turnoff to so many in the territory.)

What scriptural basis do we have for:

    - reporting field ministry?

    - not celebrating birthdays?

    - forbidding members from partaking of the bread and the wine?

    - not officially calling ourselves Christians?

    Skinned sheep,

Without knowing more its hard to say. You can use the search function on this site, and find more information that you would know what to do with on each of those subjects. For every person, there is a different trigger. I could car less about wether Sodum and Gohmorrah will or will not be resurrected and what was taught. When I was in apologetics for JW's, that would not have even registered. But blood.......that got me.
