SOUND CONFUSING? Well, in other words, the protecting family elder of the pedophile is being "rewarded" for covering for his pedophile uncle, and discrediting his family who spoke out. That's Watchtower twisted justice. Boot the victims, make the supporters of the perverts Presiding Overseers. Result: Not only does the WT Society cover up sexual molestation, but it breeds incestuous congregations through nepatism.

Get the cops into it. Get as many details of names, places, dates as possible. Then, report every one of the bastards. Sure, your life will be ruined, but the cops are bound to crack the ring of abusers. Then healing of the victims can begin. But, that's just me. Whoever is in this situation has their own life and integrity to think about.

That sounds like a small town named Prescott Ontario. This town (had) just about every Tom, Dick and Harry involved in such a situation. And I mean town officials and clergy! It makes you wonder how many moral people are left.

I'm so sorry for your distress!

This is really a sad situation when someone (the cousin) who is a JW elder cannot 'see' that the organization he supports has been sullied, the family he should love has been hurt, and that he could be an instrument to effect change and healing. Elders as 'hiding places from the storm?' Bah!

SS, Yes I wish I could get the cops in on it. But all the victims that I know of are now grown, and the cops were already aware when we criminally and civily litigated with the pedophile grandfather.
