Messiah said heaven and earth had to pass away before the Old law could end. That means all those millionsof Christians who do not accept the fulfillment of all things in the 1st centruy are still under that old law. THose who recognise and believe and accept all things have been fulfilled in the 1st century and that prophecy was about the 1st century destruction of Jerusalem and the temple, without any modern day dual fulfillment are not under old law. THis being because those who reject Messiahs fulfillment of all things in that 1st century still think the old heaven and earth have not passed away. Those who do recognise it know and understand prohetic language used by jews in history as being metaphoric, symbolic and hyperbole. Heavean and earth passing away is the passing of the old arrangment in the flesh and the new heavens and earth as being the new eternal spiritual arrangement
