You may have a point. In Matthew Jesus said that some would not die before they see the son of man in his kingdom. He came back after he was reserected and said all power and authority has been given to him. He also said that this generation would not pass away and the book of revelations which many belive was written in the 60's ce says these things will shortly take place.
