This get "axed* before Armageddon" teaching was also brought out in the July15 2013 study edition
*axed, not as dismissed from service, but
according to Rev. 20:4, those that hope to RULE with Christ are the ones executed for their faith.
Dying in bed and hoping to rule is not a bible based expectation.

As Prologos pointed out, the Bozos in Brooklyn trotted out this change of doctrine in the July 15, 2013 WT Here's a comment from a previous thread of mine on that topic:
JW's now believe in The Rapture
Notice this curious doctrinal change in the controversial July 15th, 2013 Watchtower:
- One of the events mentioned in these verses is the ‘gathering of the chosen ones.’ (Matt. 24:31) Hence, it appears that all anointed ones who still remain on earth after the initial part of the great tribulation has passed will at some point be raised to heaven before the outbreak of the battle of Armageddon. - Watchtower, July 15, 2013, p. 8 (Endnote #2 for Paragraph 8) - [Emphasis added]
The significance is subtle but profound.

WT writers have vascillated about wether or not the "anointed" (really "sealed") will or will not survive Armageddon.
The current flavor is they will not. but previously
WT taught that they will get into the "New World" to organize, teach. (how could the world possibly function without them eh?)
The other reason is that according to WT beliefs, the bible is written only or primarily for the remnant of the anointed. thus
the saying of Jesus that the GT will be cut short so some flesh will be saved applying to the anointed, the "CHOSEN"ones, ignoring
Isaih 65:22 where the chosen ons have kids and build houses in the New Earth.
No they will not get there, like Moses.

St George of England
In the first article, "Hail Christ - The Glorious King", Paragraph 16, it states that not only will the anointed be in heaven but
'Christ's heavenly armies will also include his anointed brothers, who by then will have received their heavenly reward. The anointed corulers will be at his side when he accomplishes "awe inspiring things" while shepherding the nations with an iron rod.'
So no room for doubt there then, in heaven by Jesus' side and taking part in whipping Satan.

Huge JW myth that most of the bride class were resurrected in circa 1919 but the marriage of the lamb does not occuring until some 100 years and counting years later. Its in the same category of scriptural deception as the idea that Jesus was enthroned as King in 1914 but the millennial reign hasn't yet started. Completely unscriptural teachings. Either the resurrection of Christians to heaven, and Jesus enthronement, started in the first century or they havn't occurred at all yet.
