Proverbs 4:18 not says "knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures" and not says "today Jehovah’s organization". It says: "path" and this can be the life style of the "righteous one", and the "righteous one" in this case not applies to a organization, because in the past the "organization" of Jehovah was the israelites and for example after solomon kingdom they were hundreds of years worshiping other gods, they not was "righteous one", because doing this, they spoiling your "way".
Also, the path is not "knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures", because from 1st century the new "organization", the christians, were losing the knowledge and understanding of scriptures for nearly 1700 years until Russell supposedly begin a restoration. A restoration of knowledge implies that occurs a lossing of knowledge, and this is a light declination.
