We take this opportunity to thank all who have had a share in ‘honoring Jehovah with their valuable things.’ They can be sure that “the faithful steward” will continue to watch over the Master’s belongings..... oops, turns out we haven't been appointed over the Master's belongings afterall ... but thanks for your contributions none-the-less

Although he does not speak directly to individuals today, Jesus does direct the preaching work by means of the faithful slave class, whom he has now appointed over all his belongings. (Matt. 24:45-47) The slave class, represented by its Governing Body, sends out publishers, pioneers, and missionaries to find those who want to know more about Christ..... Yeah, about that .... turns out we were not quite right in our understanding of that one ... we weren't wrong ... just over zealous in our expectations ... but we are certain that Jesus will appoint us in the future

No need to mention that. New light eliminates old light - no need to mention anything about the old light, it will eventually disappear when we release the new CDROM.

So ... you know all of that property we have been taking care of in Brooklyn? (which wouldn't have been possible without your donations .. thanks for that btw) Turns out it wasn't the Master's belongings afterall ... so we decided to sell it and build us a state-of-the-art complex in Warwick, there is a really nice lake there, hey, anybody who has some serious and useful skills and is in good standing in a congregation is welcome to come and donate their expertise in getting it done ... then ... some day when Jesus does appoint us over his belongins ... well ... that will be really cool.

No need to thank anyone. There's always a defecit, you aren't doing enough, you aren't donating enough. Donate more time and money. Your thanks will be the new system which will be here within an overlapping generation.
