more dump questions - do JWs pray to Jesus?

I'm confused on this... do JWs only pray to Jehovah? Is the GB the mediator between Jesus and the people? I don't get this. I got the impression that for JWs praying directly to Jesus is not cool but I don't understand why?

They have to be different from the other xian religions, otherwise why bother. Its the same reasons the Jews didnt eat pork or were circumcised. Theres no reason or justification for the two except for the symbolism.
