Workers cut him out of the pipe, so sad to think this is happening in this day and age.

Tragic. China is a somewhat sick society. I was really disturbed at a recent news item about a woman who had to endure against every fibre of her will a forced abortion with the baby over 7 months old that she desperately wanted to keep. The officials who did this were not supposed to, but they have quotas believe it or not. Just monstrous really. At least there are reports now that they are looking at softening their stance soon on the 1 child only policy, now that China is much more economically prosperous.
