I have seen this picture before. What hit me this time when I saw it was all of those being baptised are wearing black. In other reilgions they always show them wearing white. Even back then they were diffrent. Totally ADD

My great grandparents were Christian Scientist around this time. They called it 'the truth.' Lots of strange religions growing at that time...
