WT stands to make well over one billion $$ on their Brooklyn properties. This sale is small potatoes in comparison.
It's nice to see the WT getting richer while it tells all the rest of JWs to "simplify" and learn to live with less. Oh, and don't go to college because there's not enough time before Armageddon to complete a four-year education.
Meanwhile, WT has started building a nice country club in Warwick- which will take 4-6 years to complete.
