It arrived today, courtesy of the Australian Quarantine Service who'd opened it, checked it and repacked it. Aren't they cute!

Anyway it's just fantastic! Right now Mrs Ozzie's lying on the sofa, snoozing, listening to a Bocelli CD, and gazing at the mountain scene on your card which she has on the coffee table. The goodies are neatly placed on the table. Before she started snoozing she kept saying "Isn't it wonderful!".

So Princess and Mulan, thanks so much. Wow, what a weekend this'll be!

    Cheers,
    Ozzie

Hey Ozzie, and Mrs. Ozzie..........I am glad it arrived safely. We thought about sneaking in a bottle of local wine, but decided not to test the customs there. I'll check with Rachel later (Princess) to be sure she sees this post. We like the salmon with a bit on cream cheese on a cracker.........with a martini or a nice crisp wine of your choice. Yummy!! The tea is heavenly......smells so good.

Mrs Ozzie's face lit up when I told her about the salmon with cream cheese on a cracker. "Just what I thought!". she said.

Looking forward to a quiet moment enjoying it (with a good shiraz, of course!)

    Cheers,
    Ozzie

Yes, salmon with cc on a cracker is great! I also like it flaked into small pieces and tossed with pasta in alfredo sauce. MMMmmmmmm... Always with a good shiraz, reminds me I'm out but will remedy the situation tomorrow.

The tea comes from the famous Pike Place Market in Seattle. They have a Market Spice store that sells the tea and we've always loved it.

The Aplets and Cotlets are made in the small town of Cashmere, Washington, east of the Cascade mountains.

    Have a lovely weekend!
