Went in to a local psychic office today, and left when she asked me why I was there. Seemed a bit self defeating to ask such a question, if she indeed a psychic.

That reminds me of the Clairvoyant who cancelled an evenings entertainment they were going to give "due to unforseen circumstances".

I went to the psychic for a reading, and he wanted money! I said no freakin' way, aren't you richer than Croesus? I mean, you're psychic, right? You MUST be able to foretell lottery numbers!

My daughter worked for one of those psychic hotline companies about 15 years ago when she live in California- she answered a newspaper help wanted adv-

" Psychic wanted- will train"- no joke, they had a script and learned how to keep talk the talk-- back then the caller got the first 5 minutes free- then the call meter started running.

I like Tarot too, but the psychics that have offices on the side of the road and charge kind of crack me up.
