My friend Teresa is a very gifted counselor and wants to help which is why I interviewed her. Hopefully there will be more to come on this resource.

For anyone wanting to help themselves or a loved one who has left. Please read these books. They are about soldiers and about police BUT the effects on the body and soul for anyone with PTSD as many of us ex jw have these books are a valuable read.
"On Combat" x Lt Col.Dave Grossman.
"Deadly Force Encounters" x Artwohl/ Christensen.
"Crack in theArmor" x Jimmy Bremner with Connie Adair.
"Exit Wounds" x John Cantwell
These are also a good read in their own right for those with a brain and they are a truck -load of useful understanding.
