I just notice in the 2013 District Convention program that:
The Public Talk is in the Sunday morning seesion. and the Drama is Sunday afternoon. It used to be the other way around.
Do you think it was a problem with people leaving early after the drama was over? It does seem weird that they would have the public talk in the morning.

They have been doing the drama in the afternoon for 5-6 years now. I think they figured out some people were leaving after the drama.
That's exactly what happened. The WTS took attendance in the am and the pm and found that a significant amount of people left after the drama. The "public talk" is a misnomer now, few "public" come any more. Non-jws tend to come only for the drama (which are more boring and lack in any real content each year).
did you say they are doing wife swaps at the DCs now... ?
