Hi everyone.
I have posted here before, very infrequently, but i hope to engage here a little bit more in the coming months.
I personally went to the special occasion only JW's refer to as "the memorial". It began with the usual fare of vague nonsense about the ransom sacrifice without ANY explanation or even justification about how the jw's apparently understand this biblical declaration (as if it is a reasonable belief).
Then, after the wine and bread ceremony, it down to brass tacks -- the sales pitch -- if you want to learn more, anyone here would be glad to "teach" you. Hmmm...my advice: RUN! I was literally shaking my head through the whole thing, the breakdown of logic defied me. Anyway, I just thought i'd bring my brief account to this forum.
