Law being passed for sex offenders NY

A report today on our Natuional news on sex offenders in any religious group in the New York area must report all offences from the last 20 years!

That should be nationwide...I'm in Jersey and we have Megan's Law....I'm actually from the town in Jersey where that happened...lived only a few miles away from her. She was a return visit of a friend of mine.
No matter who can possibly come in contact with kids should have to report LIFETIME sexual abuse convictions.
