Is it possible we could be fostering a condition conducive for stealing money? We are all imperfect and no one not even GB are immune to sinful tendencies and the goading of our imperfect flesh, the WT knows this that's why to keep us honest we are encourged to put everything in writing for business dealings.
Young and old alike must have chaperones in order to date the opposite sex you can't even trust yourself! So why the ambiguity with our money?
This should be more transparent we can help keep our dear brothers honest so they do not fall prey to sinful flesh like Judas at John 12:6 who used to take money from box.
So talk with others in your KH and your Elders and CO about this matter if love them and care about their spiritual welfare.
