This is positive, optimistic, fascinating stuff about visionary science and technology. They offer short presentations, often just 14 -20 minutes long.
Vastly Superior to anything you will hear in the Mid Week meetings/Public Talks/Watchtower Study/All Assembly Parts.
You can also pick it up on an internet streaming gadget into your TV as a separate channel.

TED talks are facinating and enlightening!
During orientation of freshman where I work I play the TED talk about tying your shoelaces as the new students settle in. Check it out it's only 3 minutes or so and I'm sure you aren't tying your shoes correctly either.
I like TED. But if a JW sees a Ted talk they are going to think it comes from the devil.
What about tying it with the rabbit ear method?

I must be bleary-eyed from lack of sleep. I could'a swore that video title that UnConfused posted read: "How to Lie to Your Shoes"...
And oddly enough, I suddenly thought of ol' Freddie Franz...
