Oh, I've got one:
1) We, the governing body, are your lords and masters
2) You worms aren't doing enough
3) The rank and file worms in your congregations aren't doing enough, either, and it's your fault
4) Your primary responsibility is to protect our assets and reputation
5) Your second most important task is to get the worms in your congregation to feel guilty for not doing more
6) Did we mention that you are miserable failures for not doing enough? Maybe we forgot to add, your families are too.
At least, that's been the agenda for every elders' school I've ever attended.....

When I attended elders school years ago, one of the elders told Carey Barber who was one of the G.B. Goons at the time, that it was wonderful to have him come and instruct us. He said " if you brothers would just pay attention to what we say,I wouldn't have to be here holding your hands."end quote.
