Or will the WTS maintain a presence in Brooklyn so they can continue to call it Bethel?

The WTS originally was in Pittsburgh and moved to Brooklyn in 1909 and moved back to Pittsburg in 1918 and back again when Rutherford was released. Every location Wallkill, Patterson, Warwick the branches have all been called Bethel. In NYC it was called Brooklyn Bethel.

So in the WTS system, there is no fixed 'holy land', Bethel is just any location where they have offices. Thanks!

So it'll be known as Upstate Bethel? or perhaps they'll succumb to greed and get sponsorship (like many UK soccer stadiums do) the McDonalds Bethel?

Will they name the various buildings after the prophets? The Moses building, the Abraham building, the Fred Franz building?

They're moving to a remote location in upstate New York to make it more difficult for bethelites to find a liquor store.

They've already built one hotel in Patterson, and they'll probably build more when everything moves up there. That way they can get some tourist dollars from the faithful and have more of a control over the itinerary. The highlight of most Bethel tours when I was in was seeing the city. No such distractions in upstate NY.
