Another baptism question

Is it only Elders that can baptise a JW ? Can a MS or any male publisher ? Just reading the other thread on baptizing in the name of the father the son and the holy spirit. I just thought how easy it would be to just say those words each time they baptized someone.....how hard is that ? If they let male publishers baptise.........well I guess it's not as important as handleing the mikes at the hall,

Elders do it because if you don't go completely under. You have to do it again and I have seen this happen before.

You have to be an elder like John the Baptist was or else it does not count.

OK, thanks for answering, because if ANY baptised male could do it, that would be really strange. I should say stranger than the way they do it now.
