During my book study around two years ago the elder brough a dvd from the WB$TS about doctors view about non-blood alternative operations, some of it was unbereable to watch, is this dvd available to any JW?

It depends what DVD you watched. There are public ones, as this K M from 2005 describes :
"In addition, the video programs Transfusion-Alternative Health Care—Meeting Patient Needs and Rights and No Blood—Medicine Meets the Challenge, which are currently available on the DVD entitled Transfusion Alternatives—Documentary Series, give convincing information about the reasonableness and effectiveness of bloodless medicine and surgery."
Then again, the HLC have other ones that are aimed at medical professionals, and they may not be readily available....
