I was just wondering if there are any documented cases of a sucessful wrongful death lawsuit against the WT. (Excluding the car crash caused by a sleep deprived Bethelite.)
I especially wonder about the avenue of a sucessful suit related to a suicide by a shunned member. I would think that might be a clear connection to the WT being liable. Or maybe the refusal of a blood transfusion. I
I've yet to hear about any of these cases being sucessful but, then again, I don't get out much.
