"Releasing the Bonds" - Do you have a copy?

  Being in the far north (.........brrrrrr.......) makes it hard to get stuff up here sometimes.

  We only have one bookstore and I have been trying to order in "Combatting Cult Mind Control" and "Releasing the Bonds".

  Finally, they tell me they can order in "Combatting" - in about 2-3 weeks.

  But "Releasing" is not available to order anymore.....

  Does anyone have a copy they no longer need that I can buy? I will reimburse for shipping.
