The reason I bring this up is because my father went through an extended illness, refused blood, and would later act extremely confused. Granted, he was on drugs like morphine, and my JW family often blamed his behavior on that, but I suspect there was more to it than that. I'm not discounting the drugs at all, it's just that sometimes my father became almost childlike and simple at times, even when his drug regimen was altered.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
