This is an interesting bit of news. With all the pedophile exposure lately, some Catholic priests may be wrongly accused, used as scapegoats, or get politically manuevered for financial reasons. If the case opens up this door, it would also imply that when Witnesses start coming forth and accusing child molesters, and if the Watchtower got overzealous at some future point in turning them in (a reversal of the present tactic), elders or publishers wrongly accused could sue the Kingdom Hall or the Watchtower. At any rate, its worth a read.
