yes - but done through women's rights , and rising standards of living.

Depopulating can be done in one of two ways. First, some top scientist can figure out how to open up infinity dimensions with infinite resources. Doing that will allow us to spread out so thinly that it will be very sparse no matter how many people there are.
The other way is to use wars, diseases, poison in our phude, vaccines that maim and kill more than they save, fluoride in your water supply, and Agenda 21 (or its deluxe version) to wipe out most of the population and enslave everyone that is left.
