    Loyalty above the all.

Even some of XJW's are not aware of this!

Below one of my re posts on alt.religion.jehovahs-witn

the same occurs with any servant who commits adultry. Most likely he will
    > ever serve again, not even to pass mics, he could be used for congregational
    > cleaning assigments.. maybe..

    Few small corrections here.

    1. Not "who commits adultery" but who was proven that he has committed
    adultery.

    2. To maintain organizational integrity, even if elder would have hard solid
evidences of such behavior, they usually would silence any witnesses,
telling them that for higher reasons and protection of Jehovah's name, they
will correct the problem in own time and in own way.

    3. Usually they will ask to 'leave these matters to us and to Jehovah".

    4. It is not important what went wrong and a weight of wrongdoings.
It is most important how good name an organization will have.

    5. It is not important how solid evidences are. It is important if you are
willing to suppress your winging and complaining spirit to further glorify
Jehovah's name and leave all matters in Jehovah's and His Organization hands

    THE MOST IMPORTANT IS:

An organization is [near] equal to God.

All effort is made to worship and glorify an organization.
Any attempt to put any stain on servants, elders, CO's, DO's is strongly
    discouraged.
Any action against WTS is viewed as a sin against holy spirit because WTS is
off course holy spirit directed organization.

Usually, they will ask to 'leave these matters to us and to Jehovah".

Only in situations, where an elder or CO don't want be an elder anymore and
goes directly against WTS, than he is forced to step down or even DF.

Unwritten RED CODE for WTS is:

Loyalty to an organization above all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was involved in some difficult cases and I was given such specific
instructions by few CO’s, two DO's and one of the most prominent 'remnant' in WTS
history who often was visiting Betel and he had all of these ‘regulations’ first hand.

Even some XJW's are not aware of this as well.

If you guys will look on any matters, any problems, trough this filter, than
it will became very clear how it works.

Home work for ya! XJW's of course, JW's ummm...go back to KH. If you will
get mo bashing, that you will be back here! ;-P

Go to silent lambs and read some of these experiences of these poor victims
and think about that Code Red.

You will find after reading just few that I'm right and Code Red is in full
swing there. When I've read it, immediately these rules came to my mind.

I think that these cruel unwritten rules should be more exposed because
these rules are most important and on these whole business of the WTS is
    based.

    The rest is purely bulshit!

If anyone has more of it, come forward and tell us.

BTW. WTS's henchmen do not call it Code Red. That my way of naming these
    unwritten rules.

    Peace...

You are absolutely right. The real rules are unwritten, but you know what they are.

This applies to other matters when dealing with the WTS. 1975 comes to mind. It isn't just what was in the books and magazines, it was the stuff coming off the stage at circuit and district assemblies, or during a CO's visit.

I'm sure there are numerous other examples. It can make explaining it all to a nonwitness very difficult.

Yes, they have the sometimes very Christian sounding written stuff but instead go by what the local elders, COs and Mother (Brooklyn) command. Go by their rules or get trained/refined/harassed.

Actually, 1975 was made that way.

Elders were just sitting and observing what
other JW's were saying. never really condoning or officially supporting,
what others have said. They just smiled if someone was going overboard.

It looked like you would let the child play and silently agreed to every move, good or bad. Until he has hurt himself. Than you could tell everybody that he has hurt himself.

Than you are basically 'clean', not guilty of anything, like the WTS.
They have never said that 1975 will be THE ARMAGGEDDON DAY.
They showed some very strong suggestion in this direction.

But they’ve smartly manipulated whole crew and than was the biggest growth in their history.

The biggest growth in (Actually any their growth.) in that wicked cult was based on lies!

    Hi Mr. Bean,

Aw yes, the unwritten rule. These are really are, IMHO, the Society's most useful tool. Take shunning, for example...

Never will you see in Society publications a DIRECT instruction for JWs to shun family members who have been d'fed, yet shunning still remains the greatest source of leverage that HEADQUARTERS uses to keep the R&F in line. They know that the stauncher the JW is, the more likely that the "Bible-trained" conscience will compell the loyal dub to take the initiative and show the d'fed member the "error of his ways"...

Those unwritten rules are ‘unwritten’, because it is… a shame to have such rules and worst thing would be, to put them on the paper. That's classic example of the mind control. I'm wondering if Steven Hassan wrote about it at all.

In communism the most important rules were of course those unwritten ones as well.

    Peace...
