I ask because I am. I'd like to weight 110lbs. Right now I am at 116.2 from 119-120. So if there is anyone out there that would like a partner to challenge each other, I am in.
Is any of you on a diet to lose some weight?
You don't have to diet diet. If you want to loose some pounds just avoid sugars and starchy food, bread,crackers etc. Have your coffee with no sugar. Stuff like that will help you get rid of some weight.
Could also speed up the loss if you just do a jog in the morning or afternoon 3 or 4 days a week.

Learn how to eat healthy and then just do it.
Add exercise, too.
I have started an exercise regime, I now walk to the 'fridge to get my beer, instead of sending the wife to fetch it.

I'm forced to exercise the same way, as I have an empty nest, now.
Speaking of beer...now I want one!
Back on topic, I highly recommend getting a big dog.
Their needs and demands will keep you fit.
