According to this article (in Italian), a 56 y. o. Jehovah’s Witness, dying for cerebral hemorrhage, donated her liver, kidneys and cornea. The article says that “the peculiarity of this multi-organ withdrawal is that the donor was a Jehovah’s Witness. For JWs, in fact, donation is a matter of individual conscience, given that all organs and tissue must be completely bloodless.”

The article does not specify whether the woman was a voluntary donor or whether her family made a decision for her.
In my experience, it’s the first time I hear of a JW who performs such a tangible act of love. I take my hat off to her.
