What is in the “confidential file”?

Today I uploaded a new article to my blog addressing what is in the “confidential file” archived by Watchtower judicial committees. Reportedly courts have ordered the content of these files handed over to lawyers and all they got was an S-77 form. This means something is amuck.

My article is titled What is in the “confidential file”? and is available at: http://marvinshilmer.blogspot.com/2011/08/what-is-in-confidential-file.html

Information is available in this blog article that should give lawyers what they need to press for more documentation or else a formal explanation if all they got was an S-77 document. In either case lawyers will find the response helpful, and they know why without me having to spell it out.

In addition to the S-77 form, it should include any hand-written notes taken by the 3 kangaroos on the Judicial Committee. I've seen anywhere from one to three sets of notes go in the envelope. I've never sat on a JC where at least one of us wasn't at least scribbling down the main pieces of info. I probably sat on about a 12-15 JCs.

    OM,

I agree with what you write. It is surprising to see all the stuff some elders pack into these files. From personal notes, to arrest records, to hospital reports, to Watchtower letters, to decomposed cockroaches. In my years I've found everything but the kitchen sink in these "confidential files".
