Didn't know there was a place called Sammies.
I meant sammiches:D
I can't stand American beer but prefer imported ones, like Irish beers, Heineken from Holland, and Corona.
Seems American beers don't have the soul that the others have.
The more flavorful or strong the food is, the darker the beer I like to drink with it.
Okay, I'll give that Samuel Adams tastes pretty good.
Guess you pay for quality.
Bud just does nothing for me.

I like a lot of real ales, I mean that in both senses, I enjoy drinking a variety of RA's, and I enjoy drinking a huge quantity !
Old Speckled Hen is good, our own Kentish ale of Bishop's Finger is good, actually named after a type of old sign post, but known by the locals as "Nun's Delight".
I find they must be over 5% Alc. to hit the spot.
The wife tells me red wine is better for me, so last night I drank no beer, just two bottles of wine. Tee Hee. Feel real healthy this morning !

Cordial is a fruit-flavoured syrup concentrate, that you add water to.
I drink it at home because soft drinks/soda/pop go flat after a day or so, whereas I can make up a bottle of cordial and it can sit there all week.
Yes, I have a sweet tooth, lol.
